This policy applies to all services & products booked or purchased through MiracleMindAstro, including astrology consultations, horoscope readings, remedial recommendations, physical products (if any), and all other offerings.
2. Cancellation by Customer
If you wish to cancel a consultation or service request, please contact us before the service is delivered.
Once the service (e.g. consultation, reading, report generation) has been delivered, cancellation or refund is not possible.
For physical products (if any), cancellation may be permitted only before dispatch – after dispatch, standard “return & refund” rules apply (if we offer returns).
3. Refunds
Refunds will be considered only if we have not delivered the service or product (or in case of error on our part).
In such cases, refund will be processed after verification and may be subject to deductions (e.g. processing or payment-gateway charges).
We reserve the right to refuse refunds or cancellations in cases of misuse, violation of Terms, or if the request is made after service delivery.

We reserve the right to cancel any order or booking at our discretion (for example, due to suspected fraud or other risks).
In such case, we will refund any amount paid by you, minus any payment-processing charges, within a reasonable time frame.

6. No Guarantee Policy on Astrological Services
Because astrology/horoscope/consultation is a belief-based service and not a science – we do not guarantee results. Therefore, we do not offer refunds simply because you did not like the outcome or predictions.
